Abstract

The paper examines visitors’ attitudes and satisfaction with the tourist offer of Ethno Village Stanišići, one of the most popular ethno destinations in the region. The study analyzes visitors’ perceptions of ambience, hospitality, accommodation, gastronomy, and the authenticity of cultural content. The survey was conducted on a sample of 100 respondents using a questionnaire and Likert scale evaluation. Results indicate a high level of satisfaction among visitors, especially regarding the traditional atmosphere, food quality, and staff hospitality. The findings show that authenticity and ambience are key factors influencing positive visitor experiences and the intention to revisit the destination. The research highlights the importance of continuous monitoring of visitors’ attitudes to improve service quality and strengthen the development of ethno-tourism in the region.
